Notification The 4th February, 2009 No. S.O.14/C.A/16/1927/S.38/2009-Whereas, the owners of the majority of shares in the land specified in the Schedule given below have, with a view of the conservation of the Environment and Forests, thereon, represented in writing to the Collector of Fatehabad District that the said land may be managed on their behalf of the Divisional Forest officer, Fatehabad Forest Division, Fatehabad, as protected forest on terms mutually agreed upon; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of section 38 of the Indian Forest Act 1927 (16 of 1927), the Governor of Haryana hereby applies the provision of section 30, 32, 33, 34 and 68 of the said act to the land specified in schedule given below :- Schedule District Tehsil Village with H.B.
