Ootification No. #922(LL).XNNVI(D)—— (283(LL)i63 | September 17, 1963 Shorthand and 7 ypeicninng Institutes.—In exercise of the powers under sub- secuon (3) Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Adhiniyam, 1962 (U. P. Act No. SAWVI of 1962), the Governor of Uttar Pradesh ts to exempt all Institutes imparting training in Type- wrong andor shorthand in Uttar Pradesh from the provisions of sub- section (1) of Section 5 of the said Adhiniyam, read with Rule 3 of the U. P. Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Niyamavali, 1963.
