New Delhi, the 30th December, 2008
G.S.R. 894(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section I of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act, 2008 (27 of 2008), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1 st day of January, 2009, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, except Chapter III and Chapter VI thereof, shall come into force.
