AMENDMENT

In the notification No. 3/2/2011-2T2/1475 dated 31.8.2012, the clause for rate of motor vehicle tax per seat per annum for Contract Carriages (Auto Rickshaw 1;?10 six seats excluding driver) is modified as under:- 1he owner of the vehicle shall be at liberty to pay the Motor Vehicle Tax either on per seat per annum basis or in lump sum.
