Notification No. 07 /2017-Central Excise (N.T.) New Delhi, the 23rd March, 2017 G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), read with rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests in the officers specified in column (1) of the Table below, the powers of the Central Excise Officer of the rank specified in column (2) of the said Table, in the jurisdiction specified in Notification No. 27/2014-Central Excise, dated the 16th September, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraodinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section(i), vide
G.S.R. 651 (E), dated the 16th September, 2014, namely:-
