NOTIFICATION
No. F 10 -38 /2019/CT(R)/V( 111 ).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 and 7 of the Registration Act 1908 (No. XVI of 1908), the State Government hereby, -
(1) Comprises the villages specified in column (2) of the Schedule - I below, in the Registration Sub-District Ambikapur in Ambikapur Tehsil of District Surguja. Before that which are included in and part of Sub-District Surajpur, but shall hereafter cease to be included in and to form part of the said Surajpur Sub-District.
(2) Comprises the village specified in column (2) of the Schedule-II below, in the Registration Sub-District Surajpur in Surajpur Tehsil of District Surguja . Before that which are included in and part of sub-district Ambikapur, but shall hereafter cease to be included in and to form part of the said Ambikapur Sub-District.
(3) to be comprising of the villages in Sub-District, under clause (1) and (2) shallcome into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
