NOTIFICATION
No.F3(10)/Fin(ReV-I)/2017-18/ - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 146 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies www.gst.gov.in as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for facilitating registration, payment of tax, furnishing of returns, computation and settlement of integrated tax and electronic way bill.
Explanation.- For the purposes of this notification, “www.gst.gov.in” means the website managed by the Goods and Services Tax Network, a company incorporated under the provisions of section 8 of the Companies Act 2013 (18 0f2013)
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its issuance. By order and in the name of' the Lt. Governor of the National Capitai Territory of Delhi Copy forwarded for information to:—
1. The Principal Secretary (GAD), Government ofNCT of Delhi in duplicate with the request to publish the notification in Delhi Gazette Part-IV (Extraordinary) in today’s date.
