NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th February, 2014
S.O. 605(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 29 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (No. 25 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofSocial Justice and Empowerment, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment published vide number S.C). 89(E).
dated the 13th January, 2014 in the Government of India Gazette, namely:— In para G of the said notification after (iv). the following item shall be inserted:— "(v) Shri Narayan. Ex-Mayor. Mysore and President.
Karnataka State Scavengers Association, Mysore".
