NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Essential Services (Maintenance) Act, 1972 (Act No. 5 of 1973), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of the Act ibid shall apply to all the employments of “Ground Handling, Catering and Air Craft Fuelling” in the Airports of Jubberhatti (Shimla), Bhunter (Kullu) and Gaggal (Kangra). By order, Prabodh Sexena Principal Secretary (Home) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
