ORDER
In supersession of all previous orders, the Competent Authority is pleased to order that the SOHA 2A-2B (2012-13) Mismatch Cases, shall be dealt with in the SOHA Branch with immediate effect as SOHA Branch is already looking after SOHA 2A-2B Mismatch cases from 2013-14 onwards. Accordingly, the charge of SOHA 2A-2B (2012-13) Mismatch cases is being withdrawn on the VAT portal from the existing Assistant Commissioners. Copy for information and necessary action to:- PS to Commissioner (State Tax), Department of Trade & Taxes, Delhi. PS to Special Commissioner (SOHA). Assistant Commissioners, SOHA Branch through AC, SOHA (HQ). SSA (EDP) with the request to upload on the website. Dealing Assistant (HR) with the direction to withdraw the Charge on the VAT portal from the existing Assistant Commissioner who were looking after SOHA 2A-2B Mismatch 2012-13 cases, 6. Guard file. ORDER
In supersession of all previous orders, the OHA upto 5 Lakhs for the year pertaining to 2007-08 to 2015-16 shall henceforth be heard by the Senior Officers/OHAs according to the Zones allocated to them for hearing VAT/OHA appeals vide Order No. F.IlI/7/T&T/Misc./2000/ Estt. /Pt. File/10755-760 dated 14.12.2021 as they are OHA for all Cases of VAT excluding SOHA. Accordingly, the charge of OHA upto 5 Lakhs for the year pertaining to 2007-08 to 2015-16 is being withdrawn on the VAT portal from the existing Assistant Commissioners.
This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority. Copy for information and necessary action to:- PS to Commissioner (State Tax), Department of Trade & Taxes, Delhi. SSA (EDP) with the request to upload on the website.
