Notification The Sth May, 2016 No. SW-PWD/2016/4183.—In partial modification of Chandigarhp PDP-2007/5066—69, dated 26th July, 2007 the Administrator U_K " "4 and Para 5 of the "Pension to Disabled Persons The revised rates will come into force with effect from 1st April, 2016 . 4 Income Ceilings may be substituted as under .— Whose family income does not exceed Rs. 1.50 lacs p.a.
5 Rate of Financial Assistance may be substituted as under - The pension payable to each person shai! be @ Rs. 1.000 pm to those persons having 40% to 70% of disability.
