Extraordinary Published by Authority Asvina 25, Thursday, Saka 1941&October 17, 2019 Cooperative Department Notification Jaipur, October 15, 2019 F.12(15)coop/2019 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Central Act No. 21 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the following officers to assist the Competent Authority, in discharging its functions under the said Act, namely:-
1. Additional Registrar (Banking) Cooperative Societies, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
2. All Additional Registrars, Cooperative Societies.
3. All Deputy Registrars, Cooperative Societies, Related District. By Order of the Governor, Narayan Singh, Joint Secretary to the Government.
