NOTIFICATION
No. 1328/839/06/19/Tech .. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 read with Section 4 of the Tolls Act (VIII of 1851) in its application to the State of Chhattisgarh, the State Government hereby levies Toll-Taxes on 7 bridges enlisted in Appendix A appended herewith, at the rates specified in the second schedule appended to this department's Notification No. F-23/4/2000/G-19, Bhopal dated 27-1-2000 and declares that the vehicles, specified in the third schedule to this department's Notification No. F-31/19/84/19/720, dated 12-6-85 and Notification No. F-23- 2-94/G/19, dated 9-5-94 shall be exempted from the payment of the said tolls. This order will be-enforced with effect from the date of its publication.
These orders shall come into force from the date of this Notification. By order and in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh, P. JOY OOMMEN, Principal Secretary.
