NOTIFICATION

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No. VPM-2019/CR-48/PR-4 (22).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications and instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal and Village Panchayat and the Gram Sabha Savanga (Khurd) in Digras Tahasil of Yavatmal District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 8th August 2019 to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages or revenue village of Savanga (Khurd), Jogaldari and Fulwadi in Digras Tahasil of Yavatmal District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Savanga (Khurd) and Fulwadi, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution
