ORDER

SUB: Feeding/updation of data on e-litigation or e-court module regarding. Chief Secretary, Delhi has directed in weekly HOD meeting to ensure feeding of court case(s) data and monitoring of court case(s) through a comprehensive online e-litigation module available on http://delserv.nic.in. In this regard, it is informed that all Ward Incharge(s) /Assistant Commissioner(s) / GSTO(s) have already been provided with user ID and Password for feeding and updation of status relating to court cases of their ward on regular basis on e-litigation module. It has been observed that most of the wards are not updating data/status or not even fed initial data relating to court cases of their ward in e-litigation module so far. All Ward Incharge(s)/Assistant Commissioner(s)/GSTO(s) are hereby directed to ensure feeding of data and updation of status of court cases pertaining to their wards on e-litigation module on priority and keep updating the same on real time basis regularly. All legal assistants shall also assist ward incharge in this regard. Non- compliance of direction shall be viewed seriously. Ps an Copy for information to:

1. PSto Commissioner, VAT, Deptt. of Trade & Taxes, GNCT of Delhi. 2. All Spl.Commissioners, Addl.Commissioners and Joint Commissioners m Deptt. Of Trade & Taxes, GNCTD.

3. All the Ward incharge/Asstt.Commissioners/ GSTOs through their concerned Zonal Incharge.
