In exercise of the powers conferred on me under section 27 of Delhi Value Added TaxAct, 2004and in partial rnodlflcationto the notification No.F.3(628)/PoHcy/VAT/2016/ 1424-36 dated n" FebruarY,2016 and No.F.3(628)/PoHcy/VAT/2016/PFj1572-1584 dated 1st March, 2016,1, S.S.Yadav,Commissioner,Value Added Tax, Goyernment of NCTof Delhi, do hereby direct that the returns in Form CR-IIfor the first three quarters of the cum:nt financial year ( i.e. 1stApril, 2015 to so" June,' 2015, i" July, 2015 to 30th September, 201~ and 1st October, 2015 to 31st December, 2015) are required-to be filed by 31st March I I, I Rest of the contents of theabovesaid Notification shall remain unchanged.
