NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th June, 2012
S.O. 1433(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th day of June, 2012 as the date on which the provisions of Sections 30, 31, 44 and 45 of the said Act shall come into force.
