NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th July, 2010
S.O. 1861(E).7-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of Section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby provides that the matters specified in clauses (c), (d), (h), (I), (k), (n), (r), and (s) of Section 14 referred to in Section 26 of the said Act shall also be the subject-matter of inspection under sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the aforesaid Act.
