MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FORESTS AND CLIMATE CHANGE

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th July, 2016 $.0. 2367(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 38L of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby appoints the following member to the National Tiger Conservation Authority for a period specified against their name with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change number S.0. 1403(E), dated the 4" September, 2006, namely:- In the said notification, for serial numbers 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “3. | Shri Raju Shetti, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) - Member (He shall hold office up to 9" September, 2018 or till he ceases to be a Member of Lok Sabha, whichever is earlier)

4. Shri Nagendra Singh, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) - Member (He shall hold office up to 9" September, 2018 or till he ceases to be & Member of Lok Sabha, whichever is earlier)”.
