NOi I, 8.0. 4t%(E}.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Act, 2006 (27of2006), read with rule 3 of the National Board for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby . appoints Shri Anand Paranjpe, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabba to be member of theNational Board for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and for the said purpose, makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India inthe erstwhile Ministry of Small Scale namely:- Inthe said notification, for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the fonowing serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :- .. 9.
