The 23rd June, 2017 No. E&T1ETO(Ref.)-2017/2361.-ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and 4 of the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and all other power enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint the following officers to act as Proper Officer for carrying out the purposes of this Act :- 1 . Principal Commissioner or Chief Commissioner or Excise and Taxation Commissioner, U.T., Chandigarh

2. Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner of U.T., Tax

3. Joint Excise and Taxation Commissioner of U.T., Tax

4. Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner of U.T., Tax

5. Assistant Excise and Taxation Commissioner of U.T., Tax

6. Excise and Taxation Officers of U.T., Tax (Sd.) ... , Secretary Excise and Taxation, Union Territory, Chandigarh.
