NOTIFICATION
MAuARASHTRA WATER RESOURCES REGULATORY AUTHORITY ACT, 2005.
No. MWRRA.2016/(79/2016)/W.R.(Est.).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (7) of Section 5 of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 (Mah. XVIII of 2005) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Selection Committee for the purposes of sub-section (5) of Section 3 of the said Act, consisting of the following, namely :—
(a) The Chief Secretary, esses President.
(6) The Secretary, Water Supply and ..... Member.
Sanitation Department.
(c) The Secretary (WRM & CAD), .... Member.
