NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th September, 2020
S.O. 3311(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 (32 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2020 as the date on which the provisions of following sections of the said Act shall come into force, namely: — Sl. 1. Section 45;
2. section 74;
3. section 88;
4. section 90 ;
sub-clause (b) of clause (i) section 91;
