MEDIUM ENTERPRlSES New Delhi, the 4th February, 2009 ~.O.480(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Act, 2006 (27 of2006), readwith rule 3 of the National Board for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby appoints SooAnand Paranjpe, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabba to be member of the National Board for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and for the said purpose, makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Small Scale Industries number 8.0. 766(E), dated the 15thMay, 2007, namely:- In the said notification, for serial nwnber 9 and the ' entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely ;- "9. ShriAnand Paranjpe Member of Parliament, Lok Sabba Member" MADHAV LAL, Adell. Secy.
