MAHARASHTRA SOLVENT RAFFINATE AND SLOP (LICENSING) ORDER, 2007.

No. Solvent-1009/695/CR-222/CS-24.-Whereas, in pursuance of the provision of sub-clause

(1) of clause 3 of the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Order, 2000, the Government of Maharashtra has issued the Maharashtra Solvent, Raffinate and Slop Licensing Order, 2007; And Whereas, the Government of India, in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, vide its

G.S.R. 561 (E), dated the 30th July 2009 has issued the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Amendment Order, 2009, Now, therefore, in pursuance of the Provisions of Sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Order, 2000, and of all other powers enabling the Government of Maharashtra in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following Order, namely:-

1. (1) This Order may be called the Maharashtra Solvent, Raffinate and Slop Licensing - (Amendment) Order, 2010.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule I to the Maharashtra Solvent, Raffinate and Slop Licensing Order, 2007 after serial Number 14 and entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted:-

(15) "Mixed Fuel Oil (MFO)" By order and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra, Deputy Secretary to Government.
