The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. :2.88/2023-CX-3, dated Nov 23, 2023 for general information. s

NOTIFICATION

Lucknow: Dated Nov, 2> 2023 WHEREAS the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below is a place used for Power transmission from powergrid 400/220 KV sub-station, District-baghpat to districts Baghpat, Shamali, Baraut, Modipuram electric sub-station of Uttar Pradesh.

AND WHEREAS an information with respect thereto, of the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy, NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 {Act No.XIxX of 1923}, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.S.0.1285, dated 04 May, 4963 the Governor is pleased to make the following Amendment in Notification No.740/2023-CX-3, dated 26 June,

AMENDMENT

In the aforesaid Notification for the schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely :-
