NOTIFICATION

Explanation From Provision Bhopal, Dated 10th Dec., 1976 Vide Notification No. 4 (e) 1976 Labour M The State Government hereby grant Exemption from the provisions of section 26 & 27 of the said Act in respect of home workers subject to the following conditions-

CONDITIONS

1. That the lieu of the period of leave ea.med under the provisions of 26(1) the home workers will be paid additionas financial advantage in fort­ nightly instalment.

2 . That the additional financial advantage shall be payable from -197 4 In lieu of leave emed in 1974, 75 and 1976 this additional financial advan­ tage shall be paid to the worker in four instalments in 1976 as and when demanded on festival occasions.

3. That the amount of this additional financial advantage shall be equal to wages 5% of this total number of Bidis made by worker.

4. That this exemption shall not be applicate in respect of any woman Employee for which separate orders will be issued, s. That the Implementation of above orders would be reviewed after six month in the \ight of experience.
