S. 0. 158 (E).-The following bye-laws to am~nd the Coir Board (Scrdces) Bye-Jaws, 1983; made by the CoirlJOard irl'ex~t- ciseoftbe powers· conferred bY section 27 af the O>ir Industry Act, 1953 (45 or 19.53), read with bye-law 1S <?f the Coir Board (Transaction of Busineess, Conditions of Service or Employees and Maintenance or Accounts) Bye-l~::ws, 1955, 2nd cc-nfhmcd by the Central 0-Jvern:n'!nt, are hereby published as required· by sub-section (2) of the said section 27, .mmely:-
