MAHARASHTRA CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1960.
No. Aprada 0719/C.R.90/13-C.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 ( Mah. XXIV of 1961), and in partial supersession of the Government Notification No.CSL-1709/C.R. 640/(A)/15-C, dated 20th October 2010, in its relation to entry at Serial No. 4, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies on deputation with the Kolhapur Urban Co-operative Bank’s Association Limited Kolhapur, to assist the Registrar and confers on him the powers of the Registrar in respect of recovery of dues of Urban Co-operative Banks and Urban/Rural Non Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 101 of the said Act to be exercised within the local area of Kolhapur District.
