Act no. 12 of 2019), as amended by the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 (U.P. Ordinance no. 4 of 2021).

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to permit the aforesaid University to operate with the name ………… University, ……., Uttar Pradesh in ………, Uttar Pradesh.
