The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification NO. 1124/2023-CX-3, dated Aug 14, 2023 for general information.

NOTIFICATION

NO. 1124 /2023-CX-3

Lucknow: Aug 37) , 2023 WHEREAS the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below is a place of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Goverment of India used for Transmission & Distribution of LPG & Petroleum Product Supplying to NFL Nangal and NFL Bathinda Pipelines, District- Saharanpur, AND WHEREAS aan information with respect thereto, of the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-clause (d) of clause

(8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 {Act NO.XIX of 1923}, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification NO.S.O. 1285, dated 04 May, 1963 the Governor is pleased to declare the premises named, detailed and described in the schedule given below to be a "Prohibited Place" for the purposes of the said Act and to direct that a copy of this Notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality be affixed to the said premises.
