NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th March, 2011
S.O. 652(E).-.--ln exercise of the power conferred by.seb-section (2) of Section 4, read with Section 5(A) of the Inter-State Water Dispute Act, 1956 (33 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as Chairman of the Vansadhara Water Dispute Tribunal and make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Water Resources number S.0. 465(E), dated the 24th February, 20 I 0, namely:-- In the said notification, for serial number (i) and the entries relating thereto the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :--- "(i) Dr. Justice Mukundakam Sharma, Judge of the Supreme Court ---Chainnan" Ry Order and in the Name of the President of India, DHRUV VIJAI SING,H, Secy.
