Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, appoints Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Tax, mentioned in column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority for the area “specified in column (3) This responsibility shall be in addition to his present responsibilities.
