ORDER
In partial modification of previous orders issued on the subject of allocation of work to Joint Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners (Trade & Taxes), I am directed to convey that henceforth the work relating to objections in respect of rejection of applications for registration, cancellation of RCs, rejection of C/F/H/E-1/ E-2/I ete. forms and applications regarding amendments/rectifications etc. shall be handled by the respective Addl./Joint Commissioners (Zone-wise) having territorial/functional jurisdiction/administrative control over the Zones. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
