ASSAM ACT XI OF 1952 THE SOCIETIES REGISTRATION (ASSAM THIRD AMENDMENT) ACT, 1952 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 8th October 1952) [Passed by the Assembly] [Published in the Assam Gazette, dated the 15th October 1952] An Act further to amend the Societies Registration Act, 1860, in its application to Assam Act XXI of 1860. Preamble. Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Societies Registration Act, 1860, hereinafter called the principal Act, in its application to the State of Assam, in the manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted as follows :---
