Preamble

West Bengal Act XXXIV of 1954 THE WEST BENGAL LIVESTOCK IMPROVEMENT ACT, 1954. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extra- ordinary, of the 29th October, 1954.] An Act to provide for the improvement of livestock in West Bengal. It is hereby enacted in the Fifth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :-
