[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 27th September, 2013.] An Act to provide for the delivery of public services to the people of the State within the stipulated time limit and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. WHEREAS it is considered necessary and expedient to enact a legislation to provide for the delivery of public services to the people of the State within the stipulated time limit and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :- Short title, extent and commencement.
