[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 25th September, 2017.] An Act to make provisions for facilitating the investors in obtaining services required for setting up industries and operating business in smooth and time bound manner and to provide for any other matter connected therewith and incidental thereto. WHEREAS it is expedient to make provisions for facilitating the investors in obtaining services required for setting up industries and operate business in smooth and time bound manner and to provide for any other matter connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :- Short title, extent and commencement.
