Section 15 of the Aerial Ropeways Act, 2022. The promoter and his employees and agents shall afford to the Inspector or as the case may be, to the members of the Expert Committee all reasonable facilities for performing the duties and exercising the powers imposed and conferred upon them by this Act or by rules made there under.
