ODISHA ACT 3 OF 2018 THE AIPH UNIVERSITY, ODISHA, ACT, 2017 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR ESTABLISHMENT AND INCORPORATION OF A PRIVATE UNITARY UNIVERSITY ON PUBLIC HEALTH IN ODISHA IN THE NAME OF AIPH UNIVERSITY, ODISHA AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Odisha in the Sixty- eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY Short title and commencement. 1.
