Section 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014. Members, Officers and Servants of the Authority and Tribunal to be public servants, - All members of the Authority, officers and servants of the Authority, the Tribunal and all other persons entrusted with the execution of any function under the Act, shall be deemed when acting or purporting to act
