Section 35 of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014. Other Financial Provisions, - (1) The Commissioner shall have power to administratively sanction works and investment plans including tender approvals costing up to rupees ten crore, the executive committee up to rupees hundred crores and Authority for works beyond rupees hundred crores.
