THE ANDHRA PRADESH OF GAMING ACT, 1974 ACT No. 27 OF 1974 ARRANGEMENTN OF SECTIONS SECTIONS 1. Short title, extent and commencement 2. Definitions 3. Repeals and Savings THE ANDHRA PRADESH GAMING ACT, 1974 ACT No. 27 OF 1974 [22nd August, 1974] AN ACT TO CONSOLIDATE AND AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO THE PUNISHMENT OF GAMING AND THE KEEPING OF COMMON GAMING HOUSES IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Twenty- fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
