Section 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Gaming Act, 1974. Instruments of gaming etc., found in public street or place may be ordered to be destroyed or forfeited on conviction - On conviction of any person under section 9, the convicting magistrate may order that - (i) all the instruments of gaming seized, shall forthwith be destroyed or forfeited;
