Section 80 of the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001. Delegation of Powers - The Government may by notification, direct that any power exercisable by the Government under the Act shall be exercisable by an officer of the Government, subject to such terms as may be specified in such notification.
