Section 42 of the Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984. Recovery of dues as arrears of land revenue - Whenever any sum is due to be paid by any person under this Act and the sum has not been paid within the time specified for such payment, it shall be recoverable with interest at such rate as may be prescribed, as an arrear of land revenue.
