Section 48 of the Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984. Act to override other laws - The provision of this Act and the rules made there under shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force, or any custom, usage or contract or decree or order of a court or other authority.
