Section 12 of the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 2014. In section 22 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :- "(1) Every employer shall formulate its own policy for recruiting any apprentice who has completed the period of apprenticeship training in his establishment.".

In section 22 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :- "(1) Every employer shall formulate its own policy for recruiting any apprentice who has completed the period of apprenticeship training in his establishment.". Amendment of section 30.
