Section 45 of the Arka University Act, 2012 deals with protection of action taken in good faith. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for anything, which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, the Statues or the Rules.
