Section 55 of the Arka University Act, 2012 deals with power of State Government to issue directions. The State Government may give such directions to the University as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act or to give effect to any of the provisions contained therein or of any rules or orders made there under and the Board of Governor or the Board of man
